The challenge

To transform the B2B Services Unit of a large company to better meet the needs of corporate customers in terms of technologies, processes and customer experience.

Solution

Based on a complex mapping of customer needs, internal processes and technologies (in interviews, workshops, process analysis, ethnographic video), we defined a set of 23 strategic projects, the synergies of which enabled positive changes in the effectivity of processes, technological improvements and ultimately lead to higher satisfaction of customers.
