The challenge

Design a new showroom for corporate customers, which allows them to understand the range of services and products in a experiential way.

Solution

By cooperation between the client’s internal interprofessional team (sales, communication, marketing, customer care and technology) and customers, we have created the concept for acustomer service center that interactively presents services for corporate customers in a unique experiential way. The concept we proposed was based on the understanding of customer needs, including their wishes and complaints during the entire customer cycle, and also contained the principles of effective sales, strengthening the client’s brand and overall customer experience. The showroom which was realized by architect Luka Križek’s IO Studio won the prestigious Grand Prix of Architects for 2012.
