The challenge

Create a new concept of a flagship store which will provide customers with a unique customer experience.


A cross-disciplinary experts team (sales, marketing, customer care, architecture and design) participated in our Innovation Farm workshops. We guided the process of mapping best practice in customer experience, facilitated co-creation workshops and interviews with customers, and lead creative ideation sessions. We organized the wide range of ideas that the team generated along a customer journey, following the strategic principles of the project. The resulting concept store design was realized by the IO Studio and won the Czech Architecture Grand Prix.
